It had crossed my mind to tell you about the albums I came in to as a result of Christmas, and also to divulge my thoughts on the greatest film ever created: Synechdoche New York. Sadly time and inclination put paid to both.

I write now on the eve of adventure! Over the next twelve months I shall travel the globe, using this page as a forum for thought and observation. I might even get round to writing about Synechdoche...
